These binaries were compiled without cairo support, which means you can't use "PNG" as one of the output formats. These binaries are provided for people who don't have the necessary cairo libraries on their system.
These binaries were compiled with cairo support, which means you can use "png" as one of the output formats. If you have problems with these binaries due to missing cairo or png libraries, then try the "no cairo support" binaries.
